Hello all
I have just relocated from Guelph to Calgary. I am wondering what neighborhoods would present good opportunities to BRRR, or add a duplex. We moved to Cresent Heights where there seems to be gentrification, mostly new homes going up rather than major renovations it seems. I am not familiar with other neigborhoods yet. I own a finish carpentry business that I relocated here as well and as a licesnsed carpenter I can get renovations done very effeciently. Since my company is just getting started I have time now I could focus some time towards fixing up a property.
