Can buying a rental property wreck your credit rating?

Thanks for the update Holymoly. My credit score is around 750 and I am very happy about it. I can only imagine what it was like to learn you have >850.

I have never had a score that high...and likely wont. I pound the crap out of my credit by buying properties. I guess I am ok with that. (grin)
