Unfortunately...no. Apparently there are some legal issues behind it. i requested this many moons ago and I assume things have not changed.

I don`t know an official answer, but i know REIN already likely has to pay copyright fees on making the hard copies, and the fees for an online version reprint can be pretty impressive as well.
