I came accross this article today and thought it might be of some interest. I live and have investments in Ottawa

, Kingston as well.

Agreed. However, liveability must spur demand to some extent, no? Particularly with baby boomers seeking quality of life in retirement.

Thanks for posting this - that`ll help with getting JV`s for Ottawa!

And, I don`t know if you checked out how they got their marks, but Ottawa won by a lot! I mean, there was less than 2 points difference between 2nd and 8th place, but between Ottawa and Victoria (2nd) there was over 7 1/2.
