I need to find a new Canadian Accountant for my numerous investment properties (all residential houses). I am non-resident. Looking for someone competent, knows real estate accounting, reasonably priced and trustworthy. Any suggestions?

These are the 2 main guys that REIN members tend to use and both own real estate themselves
