We have had great success with Little Helpers (be sure to place your order early

) or gift cards. Each card itself is hand written and addressed to "Our Valued Tenant".

Also, we do a similar gesture for our other "team" members too...realtors, lawyers, PMs, etc, etc....Without any of these people (tenants or team), we couldn`t do what we do!
