Closed: need more money

Hi

I m looking for some advice as to where i can get 75% LTV or more on 3 properties i currently own.All 3 mortgages are with TD and they only want to give me $150k.They have somewhere around $450k(or more)in equity.Does any one know of a bank that will lend us some dough so we can purchase somemore properties.I heard SErvus might be a place to start..... Anyone...
