Can anyone ballpark closing costs, ie land transfer, lawyer and disbursements etc for a mixed commercial/residential building in Ontario? I am running REMA looking at a property and am getting bogged down. This will be my first deal and I`m learning as I go! Thanks.

Ok I found the land transer formula and a web site that calculates it so I can tick that off. I find out about lawyering up tomorrow!
