Cochrane Rentals

Hello,

I have a vacancy in Cochrane (AB) that I am having trouble filling. I am currently advertising on Rentfaster, Craigslist, Kijiji and with a yard sign. Does anyone else have any suggestions of places (websites, local paper, grocery store) that work particulary well for Cochrane?

PS - It is a 2 bedroom main floor of a half duplex if anyone is interested!

I have a couple of places in Cochrane and i have found that the local paper works the best. Cochrane Times and the Eagle. They are very affordable and the Times has a better readership in my opinion. Normally, I use online ads but for some reason Cochrane is a little different and they like to read the paper.

Right now there are about 40 places for rent and 95% of them are in the paper. Write a creative ad and you should be able to fill it!
