Condo Insurance

Hi;

We have bought three condos properties over the last six months. The Condo ByLaws insist on Condo Liability Insurance (Not Mortgage Insurance)
Our Insurance agent has notified us that as of the next property, we will need to purchase Industrial Insurance.

Does this sound right?
How can we avoid this as Industrial Insurance will be significantly more expensive....

The two brokers I know whom specialize in condomium insurance are Primelink Insurance Brokers (Barb Lam) and Phoenix Group. Maybe give them a call.

I also use Isabel Mills of Lloyd Sadd for our commercial insurances and she`s very knowledgable.
