Hi All,
A few basic question on buying a Condo:
What are the MAIN things to look for as a buyer in the Status Certificate?
(things I can think of: expense statement, budget, current and future maintenance fees, any legal issues)
What/should a condition related to status certificate be added to an offer to purchase a Condo?
Should a home inspection condition be included in the offer when purchasing a 10 years old Condo?
