Corporate Structure Question

Hi,

I just wanted to get some feedback and suggestions on the following. I have a corporate structure set up to invest in US real estate and specifically in Florida. (2 US corp's and 1 CDN) corp. I'm no longer investing in US real estate and I was wondering if there is a way to sell and transfer the corporate structure in somebody else's name. Thank you.

Yes, you can sell shares in an LLC or C Corp. Not sure what the value of this is though as opening a US corporation costs about $500 and as such an empty shell really has no value. Usually to related parties, but there is a market for companies with losses. You can also do a 1031 rollover for real estate assets.
