My husband and I spent a lot of money on real estate seminars and mentorships (even one with a Calgary guru) before joining REIN and it always seemed that we weren`t getting enough information to go forward.
We are sooo happy that we joined REIN. The biggest indicator that REIN was a good choice was that most members are actively investing. We have bought and rented our properties with confidence and I know we are better landlords because of REIN.
Our only regret with REIN is that we didn`t join sooner.
