I agree. There`s so much more potential in downtown Edmonton. I read on a local forum about the revitalization plan for 104 st (between Jasper and 104 ave). It`s nice to see Icon starting with their second phase. Then on 105 st and 104 av, there`s The Quest, another luxurious style high-rise condo.
Then d/t is also working on the east side (east of 97 st). The initial plan has been developed, called The Quarters. So that`s a great news for d/t.
