I am considering to put an offer on a small hobby farm (finance 25-35% down) The current owner of the farm had an verbal agreement with neighbour that allowed the neighbour to put his gravel driveway down the middle of the farm property line to access his house when he built it.
There is no current survey, just a survey of the neighbour's house that shows where his boundaries are and his driveway running down the middle of the property line.
I am going to ask for a survey of the property in my offer but when the Bank sees the driveway on the middle of the property line what should I expect.
I am seeking opinions and advice that could simplify this dilemma.
