After the quickstart in Edmonton Don was mentioning that Edmonton has an Area Redevelopment Plan. After doing a bit of seraching they are located here

I never knew these docs existed until a few weeks ago. Also while doing a search on vacancy rates I came across this document as well

It`s an interesting read. It`s an socio economic outlook for edmonton spaning 2007-2012.
Have fun reading, there is a ton of information in these document, but remember it`s only a plan, I don`t know if these projects have even started yet
