Edmonton Cleaning Landscaping firm?

I have a new and exciting job... working with a national firm that is buying and leasing property across the country. I am part of the acquisition and property management team.

On Monday, October 5, the company takes over a large site in Edmonton. We need to establish a relationship with a cleaning service that also includes landscaping as part of its package. At least that is the preference. I suppose we would consider landscaping as a separate contract.

Can anyone lead me in the right direction, perhaps with the one, or possibly two contracts?

I wish I could find a good one as well here in Edmonton... will you let me know if you find one? So far my experience has not been good. Most are not reliable and the only time they keep to their schedule is when they submit their invoice for payment. (insert rolling eyes heres)
