We have reached the stage of having some of our children in university. Does anyone have suggestions or comments about legitimately employing students for part of the summer in the field of real estate - ie. using them in your own real estate businesses helping you get organised better, and at the same time teaching them invaluable "REIN" lessons about investing wisely themselves and starting off right? We were thinking of getting them to better sort out REMA for us, for example, or updating mortgage information for us etc etc - but any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Employing (your own) university students - any ideas?
