"Hi Sherilynn. This is Matthew X at your 93 Street Building. I just wanted to get in touch with you about extending the rent. No, not the rent...the ummm...the uhhh...sorry I forget what it's called. Haha! The extending the lease. Ya, that's it...sorry about that.



So if you could call me about that my phone number is xxx-xxxx. Thanks a lot."
