Feedback on B2B/Olympia Trust/Can Western Trust

Now TD Waterhouse doesn't allow arms length mortgages to be written by plan holders, I need to choose one of B2B/Olympia Trust/Can Western Trust as my new self directed RRSP plan holder to switch my account to. I write mortgages so as to provide some seller financing in order to maximise sales price where appropriate and I don't want to lose this ability.



Does anyone have feedback on which of these organizations are better to deal with?
