Hello - what do you think of this educator Savannah Ross? Does she teach anything new or helpful to investors who already have a couple of duplexes like me? Just wondering on what my next steps should be - invest in multi-family? try out rent-to-own like Income for Life scheme (Bob Mangat - what's this guy like?). Invest in decent U.S. town with cash cows (Privat Investment Club?) or stick to Canad outside Ontario (where I live & have invested and am frustrated with LTD laws)? thanks for feedback - seeking quickest way to build wealth as I'm already 45 and been static with 8 rental doors after being shell-shocked as a landlord. (I've outsourced most of mgt. now & feel better)
