Just was wondering, I've had several applicants recently who where 17 years of age as well as several with no rental history because they are first time renters, how do those more learned than I generally approach this?
For the underage applicants, I have suggested their parent/guardian sign for them.
For the first timers, I'm cautious. I have denied thus far however generally because income was very low.
Suggestions?
