Flat fee Listing on MLS for renting a property

Hi fellow investors



Just trying to educate myself on the flat fee mls listings...



I have never used that service before in advertising for a rental property to lease it.



Have you used any of them to lease a property... what are the rates.. any one you used and liked or disliked..



I usually advertise on kijiji with success, just checking to see your experience and your thoughts..

Renters would not look on MLS. Advertise where renter seek accommodation for rent, such as rentfaster.ca, kijiji, craigslist or the e-version of local papers incl. community papers.
