1) Download & Install from www.remacanada.ca
2) Complete User Licence information in the window that appears when you first open REMA (no licence key is required until after January 15/08)
3) Read through the Help File/User Guide in REMA
4) Go to www.myreinspace.com and read through the posts in the REMA Discussion and FAQ forums
5) Go to `My Preferences` and make your settings
6) Go to `Maintain Tables` and review each Table and adjust/make the Table entries to your requirements
7) Explore the various items in the `Toolkit`
8) Enter your current Properties, either via the Analyzer (as if you had not yet purchased them) or directly into your Portfolio
9) Transfer the Analyzed Properties into your Portfolio & enter the remaining information for each Property within your Portfolio
10) Enter your General & Admin Income and Expenses
11) Review what the various REMA Reports are telling you about your business
12) Open REMA each day and act on the Reminders that appear
