Getting Started

Hi,

A little about me, I`m 24 years old just started out my career (read: poor) Despite my limited savings I have no debt and am very good with my money. My earning potential in the future is good. I am very motivated to apply the priciples I`ve learned here in my own life. I am specifically interested in ways of getting started in purchasing property without much initial cash for a down payment. I live in the Mississauga area and would love to speak with someone that has the time and inclination to help out a keen listener and a motivated student. Jason, Have you read Don`s book Real Estate Investing in Canada. That might be a place to start. You should pre-educate yourself and that would make it easier for someone to mentor you if that`s what you`re looking for.

Yes I`ve deffinetly read the book twice now and it has directed the passion I`ve had for real estate investing for some time now. Apologies for not making that clear.
