If anybody cares, the following appeared in today`s Globe and Mail.

UGGGHHH the article quotes "Derek A Lobo" a guy who still owes me $800 in commission from when I worked for him. I worked in a building at 3400 Riverspray in Mississauga owned by Westwood properties.
In 4 months I had 6 supervisors and the property manager was constantly walking into my office asking me why DALA wasn`t doing what they were supposed to do. My coworker quit and I kept leaving messages on the office voicemail for a month so I was working 7 days a week until one day another new supervisor walked into the office. He told me to take a couple days off and they would call me. They never did thank god.
They tell apartment owners that what they need is better sales staff and they do nothing at all to address the serious issues in the buildings. For instance 3400 Riverspray had 3 murders in it a month before I started yet no effort was ever made to secure the building. Every door on the main floor was broken. Suites were presented to potential tenants in absolutely horrible condition. The ads were put into the Renter`s News with a wrong phone number for the building for a month even though I called the office voicemail the first day it was wrong.
Then they changed the management for the building and the new supers were the worst ever. The lady didn`t even brush her teeth and the guy was a Hell`s Angel. To top it off they were swingers and the guy would walk around the building with another girlfriend. Then they hired an assistant super and they were swingers too.
He talks a good game but I can assure you he`s another scammer. It drives me crazy that he gets quoted anywhere!!!
Since then I have worked in another building that they were kicked to the curb out of just like almost every building that they had agents in while I was working there. They lost at least 5 contracts to rent in buildings during those 4 months.
Disgusting.

I should point out to anyone reading this that albeit minimal dealings with Derek Lobo and his company everyone I`ve dealt with has been very responsive to emails and phone calls
Re "They lost at least 5 contracts to rent in buildings during those 4 months. " This might not indicate too much - they take on shorter term contracts they don`t provide ongoing property management
