I have just sent an e-mail to the referral forum monitor to put some wonderful renovation fellows to the list.
We have been trying to get some renovations done in our Hamilton 4-plex (rebuilding a tricky bathtub area, minor carpentry repairs in the unit and outside). Many contractors visited the site. Few even called us back with a quote. Some quoted a staggering price because they did not want to do the work.Two fellows were recommended to us and they did not disappoint. They completed the job in good time and at a reasonable price. They were professional and their final invoice contained no surprises. They work primarily in Hamilton and surrounding areas but will go to Toronto if someone needs them. They are licensed and insured.
