We currently have 4 furnished suites and would like to sell them. Can I sell them as a business? If so, how do we go about that? They both have upper/lower units. One house has 3 bedrooms in each unit and the other has 2 bedrooms in each unit. Very deluxely furnished and great revenue. We just have too many units and are too busy. Life needs to slow down a little.
