Greater Phoenix Median New Listing Price per Month: 2001 to 2011 (October)

Beginning in December 2010 home prices reversed their downward direction, stabilized and have started to show upward direction. Homes are still being listed below 2001 levels and are less than half of their listing prices in early 2006.
