GTA Joint Venture Lawyer?

Hello Everyone,

I would like to know if someone could direct me to a lawyer familiar with Joint Venture Agreements in the Greater Toronto Area. I am looking to expand my real estate portfolio and this is one direction I will be getting involved with. Also I should probably inquire about a good accountant as well.
