Here's the latest video from our basement apartment renovation! We had to trench out the basement floor to relocate the drains to accommodate the new bathroom and kitchen floor layout! After it was all inspected it was time to pour in the concrete! This is ALWAYS a good milestone to reach when doing these large basement apartment renos. It's great to finally get this mess cleaned up and on to the next step! Should be ready to start showing to tenants in another month!!
