Hamilton - PM fees?

Hi,

For property management of a 10-plex in Hamilton, in a so-so area, what should I expect PM mgmt. fees to be? around 4% or closer to 8% of rent?

It will be 5%-7%. May be you can call Randy Dalton (ph-905-516-8997 or 905-563-0525). He is an investor and property manager as well as REIN member. He is helping me in my properties. He is also managing some other REIN member`s properties also. He will certainly guide you.
