Handyman in Ottawa?

[ottawarentals]

I have two things that need to be done to one of my buildings and wondering if anyone has somebody in mind that can do them?

1. Dryer unit that is not being vented outside. Need to cut hole in wall and vent properly.
2. Overhead Stove Fan not being routed to outside. Need to route the air properly.

Sorry no recomendations, but if none appear, Handyman Connection operates in Ottawa.
I used to know a guy who was on their roster and he was a good guy...too bad he moved out of town.

My experience with Handyman Connection in other cities has been that they unfortunately charge 3 times more than other reasonable handymen (yes, 200% more!!). Is this not the case in Ottawa? without mentioning the area, I was shocked by their quotes, and I have a friend who is a handyman in Toronto so I`m supposed to know what is reasonable.

That`s a good heads up for me, thanks. I`ve never used them. Just knew a good guy who used to work for them who I hired to install laminate and tiles for me....friend of a friend. He was reasonable and good. Maybe HC is making a killing on these guys backs?
