I am tempted to join to see what it is they offer and how.

I am finding more and more of these companies that before joining REIN, I would have seriously considered joining, has anyone dealt with this company or know anything about them?

Why? I find that I have to keep moving just to keep up with all the information and leads that I get from my REIN membership. More is not necessarily better.

I`m not suggesting that I join for lack of information, only to `investigate` their procedures to know what companies are doing to draw potential investors. Believe me, many of the JV partners I present to know of these types of companies so you have to have answers to their questions.

The other person in gigogh is Michael Anger. I have met him a couple of times. He ran a website called propertybirddogs.com out of the GTA. I personally like him, but we have never completed a deal together. It does not cost anything to join gigogh.com and the lead prices seem very reasonable, if that is what you are looking for.

Hi, do these type of websites offer good leads and have you ever purchased a lead from these sites before.
