Home Inspection Company in Calgary

Looking for a good home inspection company in Calgary. My wife an I are looking at buying a half duplex in NE Calgary. Can anyone please pass on some names.

One other quick question. This raised duplex contains an illegal suite in the basement with a separate entrance to the outside which has been rented out for over 8yrs. What are the worst possibilites if I continue with this rental arrangement.

Re the illegal suite - your worst case scenario is the City shuts it down and you revert to renting that area as a part of the floor above.
