Can anyone recommend a good home inspector for Multiplexes in the Orillia / Barrie area?

We are looking for one in Orillia. We had used a "HouseMaster" franchise owner when we bought our own home last year and he seemed very thorough. He has a NIBI membership. Is this enough certification to make him a good choice for investment properties?
