Hello there folks,
any other members bought in Homestead Townhomes.
Have a property tied up there but am finding some isues with managment and financial issues. Seems like with a bit of better direction they could work their way into a stronger position. I am trying to determine whether or not this is occuring at the board level.
Anyone who has been at this impass before, could you let me know what you have decided?
