I`m looking to buy my third property in Brantford and I would like to go in with an investor. I have all the research on this top 5 town and it`s really a no brainer. Brantford is growing and revamping faster then I hoped for. With the downtown having a new $20-million face lift, and Laurier building a new A $15-million university centre that will break ground this year there is money to be made.
