How to Determine Home Values in the Canadian Market

I want to invest in AB and BC but am having a hard time figuring out what homes are worth in the areas that I do not live.

Does anyone have any helpful insight on how to determine a properties value throughout Canada? A paid service or website that supplies this information?

I am not working with a realtor on these deals but working with FSBO’s.

Contact a realtor in the area and ask for a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis).
