Reposting this here because it wasn`t relevant in the orignal thread and there may be some interest among those active in Quick Turn real estate. These are a few notes I made about a Ron LeGrand webcast on Thurs, Apr 01, 2010, with Cameron Dunlap.
Audio is not available, but Ron has the slides from the call available here:

The call was basically a pitch for Cameron Dunlap`s iFlip system for $1500, with some extra stuff from Ron thrown in. There`s a reasonable discussion of Dunlap`s system here:

My opinion is that it`s not something that`s likely to work here in Canada. It`s a web based system for tracking your "Bird Dogs" and the empty/foreclosure houses they find for you and matching those houses with buyers. The other part of Dunlap`s system is his "Proof of Funds" transactional financing business for flips which I`m pretty sure also won`t work in Canada as it`s mostly used for short sales which we don`t have. Good explanation of the process here:

Incidentally, the simultaneous closing method described in the link above as "not legal" IS permitted here in Canada according to legal advice I`ve been given.
