Insurance - Guaranteed Replacement Value

My new mortgagor is asking for one of my properties to be insured to Guaranteed Replacement Value. The property is 32 years old and I am having difficulties finding an insurance company that will insure the property as such. My existing insurance company (AMA) insures the new properties to Guaranteed Replacement Value, however not the older.

Any suggestions as to which insurance company might do this?
