Have you taken a QuickStart or read Real Estate Investing in Canada so that you know how to examine the fundamentals yourself? If not, I suggest you start there.

I am a transplanted Haligonian, currently living in Vancouver. I am very proud of my Maritime roots. However, I would be very careful when doing your research in the Maritimes.

In short, check to see if Newfie John has the right fundamentals before you proceed. Do your homework!!!!!

I am not a memeber yet and don`t have the access to real estate investing in Canada, hopeful I can get some expert opinions here. I did see some short supply there, but not sure if this increase can be sustainable.
