Hi everybody,
just bought a nice corner house on one street (no intersection) in a quiet area and wonder if it will have a good resale value. It has a double garage and the long side with windows is facing south.
The reason why I am asking is that during the release of the new construction project, all 20 interior lots got sold in a day and all corner houses are still available after a week. I paid a 25K premium because of somewhat bigger land, double garage, a long porch, and more windows. A interior lot got release today and was wondering if I should ask for a switch just for the sake of being worry free. For the same price as a corner house(1700SQFT), I could get a house with single garage (2000SQFT). .
Having a double parking and garage are really use full especially if I am renting rooms or even renting the whole house. But I also consider the future value.
Any opinion would be appreciated.
