I`m new to REIN and just finding my way around this site and forum. I have two rental properties and want to expand. I have the resources and contacts to joint venture but would like some advice on how to structure the agreement. When someone else is putting all of the money in and I`m finding and managing the property what is the best way to structure the agreement? I`m thinking that the agreement should state that the investor eventually gets paid back all of the money that they put in and whats left over is divided 50/50.
