Joint Venture Docs Needed by Jan 15th

I think I’m in a bit of a bind... I provided my current Real Estate & Personal Lawyer with the JV light agreement from the REIN website along with all the details surrounding the JV partnership I`ve arranged with my current partner. One problem... I`ve been hounding my lawyer for weeks for the final docs incorporating all the info I gave him but I have yet to receive anything from him - in fact he confessed the other day he hasn`t even begun them. I`m getting a bit panicked since the property closes on the 15th on January & I want to be sure that all my ducks are in a row (especially the JV agreement & money transfer from my JV partner). Does anyone know a good local Toronto lawyer that can help me?
