I have heard a lot about the potential of rental property investment in Kitchener and Waterloo. I think it`s time for me to take action (still nervous and shaking...). I am a novice investor and new to this game. I would like to build my network and I am looking for good realtors, property managers. Your advices would be greatly appreciated.

Tommy, KWC is an excellent spot to invest in. I too am a novice investor and last year I contacted a local agent who excells in investment properties. Check out the website www.home-surfer.com. They guided me through the entire process and gave me valuable info and confidence to finally get a rental property. I am planning on purchasing another next year and it will be in the same area.

Thanks Russell for your recommendation. I attended the ACRE workshop earlier this year in Toronto; it was a great event and I learned a lot from it. REIN membership will be my next step.
