Land Banking With Westside Land Corporation

I seem to be getting different deals for land banking dropping in my lap over the last week. A contact on Facebook sells for this company.

Wanting to know if anyone has had good or bad experiences with any land banking company?

It seems like a good strategy would be to invest the min amount in as many projects as you can in order to roll over the funds as the company exits a project into new projects.

Methinks now is not the best time to be in land banking or land development. I`d want some time to pass and for the market to soak up the existing product first.

"Methinks" you are right. I think it would be interesting to see when they bought the parcel of land that they are selling. Did they purchase it before, at or near the peak or somewhere on the market pullback following?
