I'm wondering if any landlords use tenant satisfactions surveys. If you do, how often do you send and how beneficial are they to your business? Do you have any template you mind sharing?
I always ask for the two things they liked best and the two things they least enjoyed about their stay. 1 week after i return their DD i email to confirm they received it and ask. I find it valuable.
