I'm the manager for a lawn care company called the Gardener. We do weekly lawn maintenance (lawn cutting for example), seasonal fertilizer and weed control, spring cleanups, etc.... and since I mentioned to them about real estate investors owning multiple properties, they've given me discounts to give customers for each additional property. Plus, it's already 25% off this year for their 25th anniversary.
Just wondering, is there somewhere in the REIN forums I could post this offer? I see the classifieds but I don't think any of the forums are for this type of classified.
