Lease to own contracts

Does anyone have or know where to get standard lease to own contracts?

Are they available to REIN members or are they usually drafted by lawyers?

There will be almost as many versions in the marketplace as there are investors & lawyers. You may want to learn enough about this side of the business to know what you want it do include and not to include. Then you can select the closest to your criteria and amend it as needed.

REIN members will find several versions in the Lease Option/Quick Turn Forms section found under "Critical Forms".
